Most of these cases have been at the Hearing level before an Administrative Law Judge. However,     Mr. Paletta has also represented disabled clients before the Appeals Council, the United States District Court for the Western District of NC, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Paletta is a member of NOSSCR - the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. This organization is dedicated to the education of its members in Social Security Law, the maintenance of high professional standards among disability attorneys, and the advancement of legal services to the disabled.
