Paletta Law  –  A Virtual Office

After graduating from the UNC School of Law in Chapel Hill, Mr. Paletta moved to Boone, North Carolina to begin his law practice. For one year Mr. Paletta worked for Legal Services of the Blue Ridge, a not for profit organization that provided legal services to low income individuals.

In 1981, Mr. Paletta decided to open his own law office in Boone, and he has been self employed ever since. In 1985 he built a building on King Street in Boone, an easy walk to the Courthouse. For twenty five years Mr. Paletta was a general practitioner and handled a wide range of civil law matters, including Social Security disability appeals.
